Motorhome shelf made from 20×20 mm aluminum construction profile

This high-quality motorhome shelf is made from sturdy 20×20 mm aluminum profiles and is ideal for installation in the rear garage of motorhomes.

Flexible shelf configuration

- Euroboxes not included -

Each shelf can be individually equipped with:

• 2 Euroboxes (60 × 40 cm)
• 4 Euroboxes (30 × 40 cm)
• or 1 Eurobox (60 × 40 cm) and 2 Euroboxes (30 × 40 cm)

All shelves are fully extendable, secured with a rotary latch, and equipped with a handle. Four adjustable feet are mounted at the top of the vertical supports.

Custom fit for your rear garage

For the production of your motorhome shelf, we need:

• The interior height of your rear garage
• The upper and lower loading edge

The shelf is made 5 mm lower than the interior height. The remaining gap is compensated by the adjustable feet.

The shelf heights are optimized for boxes with a height of 320 mm. If a 320 mm box does not fit on every shelf, the top shelf will be made lower accordingly. The bottom shelf will use the remaining space.

You will receive a layout sketch in advance, which can of course be customized to your requirements.

Der Zusammenbau ist unkompliziert und in etwa 120 Minuten abgeschlossen.

Rahmen für Euroboxen und Seitenteile:
- Die Rahmen für Euroboxen werden mit Zylinderkopfschrauben M6x30 verbunden.
- Die Seitenwände des Regals werden ebenfalls mit Schrauben M6x30 verbunden.
- Die Auszüge werden mithilfe von Nutensteinen und Schrauben M5x8 sowohl an den Seitenteilen als auch an den Rahmen für Euroboxen befestigt.

Einbau im Fahrzeug:
- Die Seitenteile des Regals werden direkt im Fahrzeug verschraubt. Dadurch wird die maximale Bauhöhe erreicht.
- Das Regal kann mithilfe eingedrehter Spannfüße bis zu 5 mm unterhalb der Innenhöhe gefertigt werden.
- Die Fixierung erfolgt wahlweise über die Spannfüße oder durch Verschraubung im Fahrzeugboden mit seitlicher Verstrebung.

**Bodenmontage:**
- Das Regal steht stabil auf zwei durchgehenden Profilen mit vorgebohrten Löchern zur sicheren Befestigung am Fahrzeugboden.
