Rear pull-out for GiottiVan 60T

The rear pull-out for the GiottiVan 60T is designed as a two-level system and consists of a sturdy frame made from robust 30x30 mm construction profiles. Both levels use high-quality full-extension slides with a load capacity of 130 kg and integrated locking mechanisms to ensure safe handling even when fully loaded. Due to a supply duct running through the rear area of the vehicle, the base frame must be shortened in depth. However, the pull-outs themselves extend beyond the frame and bridge the supply duct, so that despite the structural limitation, the full storage space of 120 cm usable length is achieved. The lower level of the rear pull-out is designed for boxes up to 320 mm in height, while the upper level is intended for boxes with a maximum height of 220 mm. This creates an efficient, easily accessible storage solution that makes optimal use of the available space while ensuring a stable, durable construction.

Alle Verbindungen sind vorgebohrt bzw. mit Gewinde versehen. Die Schubladen und der Rahmen werden mit Zylinderkopfschrauben montiert, die Schwerlastauszüge mit Nutensteinen und Senkschrauben befestigt.
Im Fahrzeug müssen sechs Bohrungen in die Bodenplatte eingebracht werden. In diese Bohrungen werden Einschraubmuffen eingedreht. Der Auszug wird anschließend über die aufliegenden Profile vorne und hinten mit den Muffen verschraubt.
