Scope of Delivery

Included in the set:

• 1 pair of heavy-duty extensions (left/right)
• Aluminum profiles 20x20 mm, groove 6 – precisely cut, drilled, and threaded
• Handle including mounting hardware
• Screws and T-nuts for mounting the extension

Note: Euroboxes as well as mounting materials for attachment to wall or floor are not included in the delivery.

Technical Details of the Heavy-Duty Extensions

All extensions are ball-bearing guided, designed as full extensions, and tested for 50,000 cycles. The load capacity refers to the shortest version (400 mm). For longer extensions, the load capacity decreases accordingly.

Carriage for Euroboxes

• Made from high-quality 20x20 mm aluminum profiles
• Connections with M6x30 cylinder head screws
• Cut to size on RAPID underfloor miter saw with digital positioning
• Drillings by automated system with high precision (0.1 mm range)
• Precisely fitting and stable connections

Assembly and Construction

• Easy assembly in about 10 minutes
• Extensions are attached to the carriage with T-nuts profile 6/M5 and M5x8 screws
• Handle is mounted in the same way
• Color illustrated step-by-step instructions included

The extension is designed for DIY self-installation. Mounting can be done directly through the existing holes on the wall or with brackets on the floor.

**Note on self-assembly:** This pull-out is intended for self-assembly. Installation can be done either on the side or fixed to the floor using brackets. Optionally, we offer suitable mounting brackets including all accessories required for secure floor installation.
