Construction & Processing
- Extremely sturdy frame construction made from 30 mm aluminum profile
- All connections are bolted through – no system brackets

Heavy-Duty Pull-Outs
For the rear pull-out shelves, we use 130kg or 220kg slides
- Slide length <= 1200mm: 130kg slides
- Slide length > 1200mm: 220kg slides
Special Adjustments for Service Ducts
If there is a service duct on the vehicle floor, we need:
- Distance from the edge of the floor panel to the duct
- Height of the service duct
We will adjust the frame construction accordingly – the first shelf will be set higher so the slides run smoothly over the duct.
Planning & Approval
- Before production starts, you will receive a detailed sketch of the shelf layout
- Changes according to your specifications are possible at any time
- Production only begins after your final approval
Tip: If a service duct is present, please provide the measurements right away. This way, we can plan the shelf height to fit perfectly.
