Extremely stable frame construction made of 30 mm aluminum profile
All connections are screwed through – no system brackets
Precisely pre-drilled: You don’t have to measure anything – everything fits exactly

Box configurations

The pull-out is prepared for the following Eurobox combinations (per floor):

Boxes with 320mm height fit on the 1st floor into the 2nd floor with 270mm height
4 × boxes 400 × 300 mm
1 × Box 400 × 600 mm + 2 × boxes 400 × 300 mm
2 × boxes 400 × 600 mm

Assembly

Alle Verbindungen sind vorgebohrt bzw. mit Gewinde versehen. Die Schubladen und der Rahmen werden mit Zylinderkopfschrauben montiert, die Schwerlastauszüge mit Nutensteinen und Senkschrauben befestigt.
Im Fahrzeug müssen sechs Bohrungen in die Bodenplatte eingebracht werden. In diese Bohrungen werden Einschraubmuffen eingedreht. Der Auszug wird anschließend über die aufliegenden Profile vorne und hinten mit den Muffen verschraubt.

Dimensions and Weight

Die Aufstandsfläche misst 510mm x 1190mm, der Auszug ist passend für Summit 600 ab Modell 2025.
Das Gewicht ohne Boxen ca. 25kg.
